Breast Cancer Classification using KD-DCNN: A computationally efficient approach
Increasing trend in undetected breast cancer cases makes it a deadly disease. With the advancements in medical science and engineering, automated categorisation methods helps medical staff in prompt diagnosis. Deep convolutional neural networks, coupled with knowledge distillation makes these techniques highly accurate and effective. This paper is submitted for publication under the guidance of Dr. N. Jayanthi and is currently under review.
Singh, S, Agarwal,T, Kumar,G, Yadav, O.M. (2019) Predicting the remaining useful life of ball bearing under dynamic loading using supervised learning
Bearing failure under dynamic loading conditions is studied in this research paper. Data from the IMS NASA bearing dataset which contains bearing vibrations for multiple axes till failure is utilized to train models and classify the bearing degradation stage. Further, the bearing life or remaining useful life of the bearing is calculated using regression techniques and various algorithms. The findings of this study are published in IEEM (Internation conference on industrial engineering and engineering management) and the paper presented in Macau.
Agarwal, T, Saroha, N, Kumar, G. Consumer Behaviour analysis for purchasing a passenger car in Indian context
Consumer behaviour towards cars represents how they view the market and sometimes gives perspective which otherwise goes unnoticed in an otherwise extremely competitive market. This research discusses various findings of a survey conducted among customers in and outside various car dealerships in Delhi. The findings of this survey are determined through various statistical tests and multiple criteria decision making tools and it is finally published in Springer Journal Mathematical Analysis II, a part of Springer Proceedings in Mathematics and Statistics book series in 2020.
